When I first starting doing the sumo squats, I dreaded doing them but now, I'm used to them and Its not bad at all. I've lost 10 lbs in one month? so I'm happy with my results. I do a combination of some of your videos with my own twist as well. Thanks again for putting up the videos. It's so appreciated.

my tip for you that will save you a lot of time and get you fast results is to do the following: get use to working out in the burn zone longer. The reps before you feel the burn are to? be considered reps to focus on form...once the burn begins...the real workout starts...you challenge is to learn to work as long as you can in the burn zone...ok?~ahmad
